Talking point: That compares to 1.4 work-from-home days a week for Americans, one day for German employees and 0.4 days for workers in South Korea. Canadian employees want to work from home 2.5 days a week on average, but employers are only willing to allow 1.8 days, the institute found. The survey underscores the challenge for many Canadian firms that are seeking the right post-pandemic work arrangements. As The Logic previously reported, the gap between where managers and employees want to work is contributing to the growing demand for flexible work spaces in Canada.
