Clements confirmed that the deal values the firm at more than US$500 million, as first reported by The Wall Street Journal. WorkJam has raised a total of US$147 million to date, according to PitchBook data. Montreal-headquartered Inovia led WorkJam’s US$50 million Series C round in 2020. Last August, WorkJam received US$35 million in growth financing from investment firm Silver Lake Waterman.
