Talking point: Sharethrough filed to go public on the Toronto Stock Exchange in October 2021, only to delay a month later amid what CEO JF Côté called “adverse and challenging current market conditions.” The deal with Equativ, which is headquartered in New York and Paris, comes as a number of Canadian tech companies have been taken private.
