Talking point: Irina Novoselsky, who joined the Vancouver-based firm as CEO in January 2023, said Monday marks her last day at the company as she and the board agreed “this is the right time for a leadership transition.” Hootsuite has returned to profitability, according to her LinkedIn post, and the company will work on speeding up its product development. Hootsuite faced pressure recently over a contract with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which Novoselsky defended.
