The would-be provider of Canada’s first commercial space-launch facility signed a 20-year lease for land near Canso earlier in August and now has approval from the provincial government to begin construction. Talking point: Maritime Launch Services got conditional environmental approval for its launch facility in 2019 and has now met all the conditions, the company’s announcement said.
