Talking point: Most businesses that trade on online marketplaces like Amazon use between eight and 15 separate tools in daily operations. Carbon6 hopes to streamline online business management by building an integrated set of products for them to work with. Co-founder Naseem Saloojee told The Logic that only a small number of the millions of active sellers on Amazon become professional sellers, adding that he wants to help entrepreneurs “transform their passions into real businesses.” Carbon6 will support sellers by providing educational tools, and analytical software, while helping them simplify business operations. The company already has team members in more than 20 countries and plans to open more offices in Europe and Asia. “We will be supporting across the board, marketplaces around the world,” said Saloojee.
