Talking point: Founded in 2013, Rumble went public via a SPAC in December 2021 billing itself as a “neutral” video sharing platform. It overwhelmingly caters to conservatives and the right, according to a Pew Research Center study. The platform, which provides video services to the Trump Media & Technology Group, secured a US$775-million investment from cryptocurrency Tether in December.
