On Saturday, I wrote that The Logic wouldn’t be covering Collision this year after Web Summit, the company that organizes the tech conference, rejected our newsroom’s application for media accreditation.
I’m pleased to tell you that earlier today, Web Summit agreed to accredit The Logic‘s journalists.
I’d like to thank Web Summit for agreeing to let our full team cover Collision. I’d also like to thank all of you.

We published Saturday’s letter from the editor not as a public relations tactic, but because we thought you deserved to know why we wouldn’t be covering such a big event. We have since been overwhelmed with expressions of support from our readers, and from the broader journalism and business communities.
