Talking point: Edward Rogers remains the company’s chair and Lisa Rogers, the oldest child of late founder Ted Rogers, is also keeping the board seat she took in April 2023. Melinda Rogers-Hixon had been on the family-controlled company’s board since 2002 and was deputy chair; Martha Rogers had been a member since 2008. The two had taken the company to court last fall, alleging they had been denied information they were due as directors.
