Talking point: Pender, which declined to disclose the valuation of the company, said Science&Humans helps to close a gap in care for hormone health. Science&Humans provides treatment for hormone-related issues, including weight loss, hair loss, menopause and low testosterone. Digital platforms offering hormone-related treatments have seen a surge in venture capital interest recently. Toronto-based Felix Health raised a $53-million Series B extension in October and said it reached profitability last summer.
