Talking point: Founded in 2018, Victoriaville, Que.-based Vosker has installed more than three million cameras in 120 countries. It is positioning itself as a reliable supplier of surveillance technology to both the Canadian government and NATO members. The Reconeyez deal marks the second recent European acquisition for Vosker, after the company bought an undisclosed German firm in 2025, according to La Presse. It plans to use the debt financing to fund more acquisitions, and to scale up in the company’s priority markets, according to a press release.
