Talking point: The retailer already operates 40 stores in eight European countries and three local language e-commerce sites. The expansion comes after it released a new growth plan in April that aims to double its revenue to US$12.5 billion by 2026 in part by quadrupling its international revenue, compared with 2021. Lululemon will also open its first stores in Italy as part of the plan. Meanwhile, the retailer is focused on growing its digital revenue, aiming to double it by 2026 as well. That will come in part from a new loyalty program launching later this year that incorporates its lacklustre US$500-million Mirror acquisition.
