The Toronto-based firm formerly known as Rally said the funds will go toward developing its platform that provides lawyers with artificial intelligence tools to help expedite their work. It suggests contract language and helps lawyers draft and review contracts faster, according to Spellbook. The product, launched last year, is used by more than 600 customers. The company, which rebranded today as Spellbook, raised $750,000 in late 2019 and an undisclosed amount in October 2021, according to PitchBook.
