It hasn’t been easy—Alan still hasn’t hit its goal of hiring 50 Canadian staffers it set in 2024. But it now says its customer count has more than tripled since the end of 2025 to over 4,100 members. Led by Mistral co-founder Jean-Charles Samuelian-Werve, Alan says its “AI-powered health assistance” gives customers faster responses than its rivals. It also operates in France, Belgium and Spain.
