Talking point: The planned listing follows Enthusiast’s August acquisition of L.A.-based Omnia Media for $15 million. “A U.S. listing has been on our radar as one of the many strategies to execute as part of our business plan,” said Enthusiast CEO Adrian Montgomery. “On the back of the transformative acquisition of Omnia Media in Q3, the timing is right to proceed with a listing.” In March, The Logic reported that Enthusiast had seen a 40 per cent traffic increase in the early days of the pandemic. At the time, the firm’s YouTube channels and gaming websites attracted 150 million monthly viewers. Today, the company said it’s at over 300 million monthly viewers.
