Talking point: The acquisition will round out the company’s mental health-care offerings, Dialogue said. Dialogue is expected to launch its iCBT solution in the coming months, and e-Hub will help strengthen that launch, a TD Securities analyst wrote in a note: “We believe the acquisition of eHH was driven by the desire to add its proven technology, content, and clinical validation that should enhance the credibility of its iCBT solution when it launches soon.” Dialogue went public on the TSX in March; on its first day of trading, CEO Cherif Habib told my colleague Martin that while its pandemic-related growth was “great,” 2020 “was not an outlier” year.
