This court case began in 2014; Bombardier also filed for judicial review four different times and demanded last-minute that the government pa its costs, a request the court denied. Since the data to be disclosed is from 2011 and earlier, it won’t include the controversial $372.5 million the company was given in 2017. It will, however, include a number of significant disbursements, such as a $233-million contribution in 2009.
