Talking point: Last week, Bell reported making a profit of $375 million in 2024, a nearly 84 per cent decline from the year before, and that revenue could fall in 2025. But it said it would keep paying the same dividends to its shareholders. Unifor president Lana Payne accused Bell of cutting Canadian jobs to help pay for an expansion into the U.S. market.
