Talking point: One major focal point is a 250,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Houston that will make servers that support its AI product, Apple Intelligence. The tech giant also plans to hire 20,000 workers over the next four years, on top of the 2.9 million jobs it currently supports. President Donald Trump told U.S. governors last week after he met with CEO Tim Cook that Apple plans to move manufacturing away from Mexico to America and that it wants to avoid tariffs.
