Talking point: The company’s move comes ahead of next week’s second reading of federal legislation, which aims to relax sports-betting rules in Canada. Score Media graduated to the Toronto Stock Exchange from the TSX Venture Exchange just five months ago. It’s currently the top performer of the Roundhill Sports Betting & iGaming ETF of sports-betting and online-gaming stocks, with investors excited about impending relaxations to regulations governing the industry in a number of regions. In a January earnings call, chief executive John Levy said a U.S. listing had the potential to attract even more investors. Relay Ventures is an investor in both The Logic and Score Media.
