Talking point: The shakeup is the latest twist in WonderFi’s recent boardroom drama, as shareholders Kaos Capital and Mogo seek to overhaul the company’s board in a bid to improve its stock performance. On Tuesday, WonderFi said it is investigating whether Mogo and Kaos’s voting agreement constitutes a breach of contract, a charge Mogo denies. Biderman was an advisor to WonderFi and led the committee that planned how to combine three teams following the firm’s merger with rivals Coinsquare and CoinSmart last year.
