Talking point: The product is a partnership between Well Health and Healwell AI, formerly known as MCI Onehealth. Well Health recently led an $18-million funding round in Healwell AI, which includes a $10-million convertible debenture. Well is now its largest equity s hareholder. It’s the second product from WellHealth.ai, which has also released an AI voice module. The two struck a strategic alliance in July in which Well Health acquired some of MCI’s clinical assets and committed to an investment round. The deal was completed earlier this month.
