Talking point: The company estimates it will receive net proceeds of about US$493.9 million, assuming an IPO price of US$24 per share. Telus International said it has over 600 clients in more than 20 countries and about 50,000 employees as of Sept. 30, 2020. Its clients include TikTok, Fitbit and PayPal. It first formed in 2005–06, when Telus invested in Ambergris Solutions, a Philippines-based business-process-outsourcing service, which was rebranded to Telus International in 2007. The IPO is expected to value the company at about $7 billion
