Talking point: The round comes after OSF Digital, an IT company that helps businesses with their digital operations, grew from less than 1,000 employees to more than 1,800 in just over a year. The company said it’s eyeing a plan of “aggressive mergers and acquisitions” with its latest raise. OSF Digital has a long track record of acquisitions and has 49 offices worldwide. Its customers include L’Oréal, Burton Snowboards and Ubisoft. OSF Digital’s last financing was a US$43-million round in May 2021.
