Talking point: The report, authored by the Democratic majority, accuses Apple, Amazon, Facebook and Google of reducing competition by acquiring and bullying rivals. It calls for a ban on tech giants acquiring potential rivals and new powers for antitrust officials. The report is being delayed while Republicans and Democrats negotiate potential changes.
