Talking point: Valsoft, a private company, has raised US$270 million since its founding in 2015, according to PitchBook data. Its co-founders Stephane Manos and Ouissam Youssef, who both went to Montreal’s Concordia University, invested in Pornhub through Mansef, the company they co-founded in 2001. The pair have been relatively discreet regarding their Pornhub investment. Valsoft has invested in a number of software verticals, including wealth management, multi-level marketing and financial services.
