Take-Two Interactive has cut the team working on its revival of the BioShock franchise by about one-third, according to Bloomberg. More than 80 developers from the publisher’s Cloud Chamber studios in Novato, California and Montreal were let go Tuesday. A staff memo shared with The Logic said the layoffs were made “to rework certain aspects that are core to a BioShock game” and “give the game more time in development.” (Bloomberg, The Logic)
