Talking point: Mogo also announced an issue of unregistered warrants for about 2.7 million common shares. The company expects a portion of the offering’s net proceeds to pay for the cash portion of its Coinsquare investment. Mogo announced earlier this month it was acquiring 19.99 per cent of the digital-asset trading platform for $56.4 million, with the right to grow its ownership to 40 per cent.
