Talking point: Dish, which filed the suits along with its Sling TV unit, also filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission to block U.S. imports of Lululemon’s Mirror, Icon’s NordicTrack products and Peloton bikes. Vancouver-based Lululemon entered into an agreement to acquire Mirror, an interactive workout platform with live and on-demand classes, in June 2020 for $500 million. It did not immediately respond to The Logic’s request for comment.
