Talking point: It acquired TM Group, which offers law firms and conveyancers technology for conducting due diligence in real estate transactions, in July 2021 for about $156 million. Dye & Durham said it may appeal the decision, citing “minimal revenue” gained from TM Group, among other factors. The firm is also engaged in an attempt to acquire Australia’s Link Group, but has been renegotiating its original offer price amid changing market conditions. The two companies agreed upon a new price in late July. Dye & Durham shares closed down more than two per cent Wednesday
