Talking point: Adastra has around 2,000 employees globally and offers customers a data management platform that helps companies grow revenue, improve IT infrastructure, and improve customer experience using AI, data analytics and cloud solutions. In November 2023, the IT firm said it made US$220 million in annual revenue. Carlyle said it will support Adastra’s data, cloud and AI products, as well as “expanding its international presence” through investments and M&A.
