Lynch’s wife Angela Bacares owns the Bayesian and Lynch had organized the trip for his work contacts, Reuters reported. Bacares and a one-year-old girl are among the 15 people who escaped before the boat sank. Global Affairs Canada told the BBC the agency is “aware of reports that a Canadian citizen has died.” Officials have not released the names of the missing.
