Talking points: The company, which was originally founded in London, said it sees listing in Canada as a precursor to an eventual listing on a U.S. stock exchange. XRP Healthcare launched an app earlier this year built on the XRPL blockchain, where an AI chatbot answers questions and customers can create prescription cards. XRP acquired Pharma Ville, a pharmacy chain in Uganda, earlier this month and has been bolstering its presence in Africa through a distribution agreement with Isansys Lifecare, in addition to partnerships with eight other companies.
