The company said it would start including a “second principal executive office” in filings with securities commissions in Canada and the U.S. Bifarms also said it was planning to prepare its financial documents according to U.S. accounting standards. (The Logic)
Talking point: Bitfarms, which operates 15 data centres in four countries and is listed on both the TSX and the Nasdaq, acquired the New York office as part of its March 2025 deal for Stronghold Digital Mining. The company did not immediately respond to The Logic’s questions about whether it also intended to move its primary headquarters to the United States.
