Talking point: CloudMD completed eight acquisitions over the last 12 months, including Oncidium, a health-management company; VisionPros, a digital eyewear platform; and Aspiria, a mental-health support provider. Most recently, it closed its $116-million acquisition of MindBeacon, a Toronto mental-health firm. CloudMD’s fourth-quarter revenue growth of nearly 570 per cent came primarily from organic and acquisition growth, the company said. It remains focused on growing through more mergers and acquisitions, among other strategies.
