CEO Hugh Kolias told The Logic that the Canada Rocket Company wants to have a model ready to launch in 2028, answering a federal challenge. Kolias’s background is in finance and real estate software, but two top executives (chief technical officer David Tenny and avionics head Eric Kupp) are veterans of SpaceX who have Canadian ties.
