Dublin-based management consulting firm Accenture has entered into an agreement with Toronto-based financial software firm Zafin to acquire select professional services assets. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2019. (BetaKit)

Some employees from Zafin’s professional-service business will move to Accenture’s global financial services practice.
