Talking point: OffDeal’s 32-year-old co-founder and CEO Ori Eldarov studied at UBC and later worked at RBC Capital Markets for six years. He told Ft Alphaville he created OffDeal to help smaller companies—with revenue between US$10 million and US$100 million—create a group of suitable buyers. The round values OffDeal at US$100 million, and brings the company’s total amount raised to date to US$17 million. The firm is targeting US$100 million in annual run-rate revenue by the end of 2027.
