Talking point: Taiv’s TV technology lets restaurants promote in-house deals, block ads from competitors and opt out of commercials they find inappropriate for their establishment. The raise comes on the heels of a US$16.5-million Series A announced in June 2025. Since then, the company has put its technology in more than 5,000 locations across North America and grown to more than 85 full-time staff. The additional money will help the company continue to grow faster, it said, by investing in developing its technology and hiring more developers, salespeople and account managers.
