ITAC names Angela Mondou as new president and CEO


    The former Canadian Air Force captain and tech executive will replace Denise Shortt to lead the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC). Mondou’s career includes senior roles at Nortel and BlackBerry; she was entrepreneur-in-residence at the University of Western’s Ivey School of Business, an executive vice-president at the International Women’s Forum and an honorary colonel of the Canadian Forces School of Aerospace, Technology and Engineering. Her CV also includes deploying the largest United Nations Peacekeeping contingent in history into the former Yugoslavia while it was under fire in 1992. (The Logic)
