In pitch for OECD head position, Bill Morneau promises a cross-border digital tax


    The former finance minister, who is in the running to lead the 59-year-old intergovernmental economic organization, said the world’s digital giants would face a cacophony of taxes in the countries where they do business if the OECD isn’t able to establish a comprehensive, borderless digital tax. (CNBC)
