    How Google got its employees to eat their greens

    The company has modified its renowned employee meal program to nudge workers to make healthier choices like eating smaller portions, choosing fruit-infused “spa water” over pop or juice and eating vegetables for breakfast. The efforts are working. At its New York office, for example, Google serves 2,300 breakfast salads every day, up from zero two years ago, and seafood consumption rose 85 per cent from 2017 to 2018. (Medium)
