After an upgrade this week, the Corporations Canada database wasn’t recording who was requesting the “corporation keys” that serve as passwords, or who was making changes to profiles in the registry maintained by the Innovation, Science and Economic Development Department, a spokesperson said. The system was down between Wednesday and Thursday until the fault was fixed. (The Logic)
