Ten companies were selected for the Avatar Carbon Removal Accelerator, including three from Canada: AirTerra, Blue Line and Canton. The 12-week program, run in partnership with the University of Calgary, is designed to prepare firms to compete in the Musk Foundation’s XPrize program to win part of US$100 million for bold carbon-removal solutions.
