The Australian company, which named Halifax-based battery pioneer Jeff Dahn its chief science advisor last year, filed materials with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission stating its intent to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol NVX. The Bank of New York Mellon will underwrite the offering. The securities will come in the form of American Depositary Shares (ADS), a negotiable receipt similar to a stock certificate.
